Hire Information To hire a vehicle from us it is best, whenever possible, to book in advance, but we will always try our best to assist you for that last minute hire.
Upon booking you will be advised on the documentation you need to provide us.
We require: • Payment by CASH – STRICTLY NO CHEQUES. • Licenses must be produced. • Two additional forms of ID, e.g. utility bills, passport, ID Card etc must be shown. • Drivers must be over 25 years old. • You must have passed your test for at least 2 years for insurance purposes.
The insurance excess and your deposit 10% of the purchase price of the vehicle.
Right or wrong in any accident, fire or theft of the vehicle within 48 hours. if the hirer is right in an accident, Massive Automobile and Transport Services will reimburse the hirer only when the insurance company settle the motor vehicle claim.
Late Returns Cars • Up to 1 Hour – Free of charge (with prior arrangement) • 1-2 hours – $150
• 2-4 hours – $250 • Over 4 hours – Extra days rental
Pick Ups • Up to 1 Hour – Free of charge (with prior arrangement) • 1-2 hours – $250 • Over 2 hours – Extra days rental
Valeting Exterior cleaning is included as part of the hire charge. $100 Major interior cleaning will be charged – please leave the vehicle as you find it.
Fuel Please refuel the vehicle to the level of fuel in the tank at the time your hire started or there will be a refuelling charge of $25.00 plus the cost of the fuel. The fuel level is indicated on your check sheet. Strictly NO refunds will be given for returning the vehicle with more fuel than collected.
STRICTLY NO VEHICLES CAN BE RETURNED OR LEFT OUTSIDEOUR PREMISES OUTSIDE WORKING HOURS.
